Asha Moreno Photography LLC Cancellation Policy:
• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session, date and time in my Photographer’s Calendar.
“In the rare case Asha Moreno Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of payments made or may apply them as credit toward a future session.”
• The deposit/retainer is refundable only if the shoot or event is canceled 4 weeks prior to the shoot with notification. If the client cancels, the deposit will be credited towards another shoot.
• Studio and on-location shoots have a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After that, a reshoot will need to be scheduled.
“Each client is allowed one complimentary reschedule if notice is provided at least 14 days before the scheduled session. Additional reschedules will incur a $150 rescheduling fee.”

Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license based on their selected package. Images may not be altered, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Asha Moreno Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Image Delivery
Final images are delivered digitally via an online gallery. Turnaround times vary based on the service selected and will be outlined prior to delivery.
Creative Style
By booking, the client acknowledges and trusts the photographer’s artistic style, editing approach, and creative direction.
Limitation of Liability
Asha Moreno Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical malfunctions, or client delays.
